Crew ref docs

Here is a collection of documents painstakingly put together so that the skipper and crew are all on the same wavelength, so to speak.

This should help improve communications and keep everyone on-board safe, and help develop skills so there is more time to just enjoy the sailing.

Some documents are simple and some are more for reference. If someone has documented it before, why re-invent the wheel? The challenge is that there is a whole lot of differng opinion out there and some of it is simply rubbish. Your skipper has used common sense to choose which documents are worthy and which to discard or save elsewhere for future reference.

Information sources are included as links in the documents. Much of the material has been edited for our specific use and to cut out the time wasting or irrelevant material.
